Mountain Biking Bell Rock Area Trails

*****   Add a review
#26 of 404 mountain bike trails in Arizona
#727 in the world

The Bell Rock Area Trails is a trail system that extends from south of Courthouse Butte all the way up to the Little Horse Trail on the eastern side of Hwy 179. While this trail system is home to the easiest trails in Sedona, some of them can still be challenging.

But if you're a beginner looking for an easy ride with great views, the Bell Rock Pathway is a great place to start!

I loved this track. It's very scenic and a fun social trail to take anyone on for a nice ride in Sedona.

Short trail in the middle of a great network, very beautiful.

Short trail, mellower than a lot of trails in the area but more technical than the Bell Rock Pathway. Good trail to start on, most of the technical features come in drainage crossings. The trailhead can be very crowded on weekends.

Great trail with a variety of different terrain- ups and downs with a few technical bits. Only complaint is the trail is poorly marked and got lost for a while, otherwise great track!

Typical Sedona singletrack with smooth flowy sections interspersed with technical bits and occasional slickrock.

I loved this trail. Very fun for intermediate riders. The biggest problem is it's just too SHORT! ; )

Sweet ride, mild traffic. Hikers and hoarse alike. Started off to the right, and went on the big loop. There other trials that cut the loopportunity in smaller sections.

Great trail for someone looking to start out easy in Sedona. Lots of fun flow, and can be connected with some of the more techy trails like Hiline. Great way to end the day and get in miles. As with most trails in Sedona, watch out for hikers and trail runners.

While these trails are some of the easiest in Sedona, the singletrack is still great quality in many places!

Rode this on 11-26-14. Trail is a nice intermediate trail, with variety of multiple users. Horses and hiker s will be found. Trail was dry witha sandy sports in few places,

I rode this a few years ago when I first started riding. Very wide and not so interesting. The DH to the Village of Oak Creek does have a lot of speed and a few jumps. So that was fun. I admit, I was smiling at the end of that. =) It's a nice trail to take new riders and give them a positive experience and some confidence.
