Mileposts:
0.0 - Trailhead parking lot at junction of FS roads 46 and 41. Head out on FS road 41.
0.6 - Turn right onto FS road 4110.
4.6 - Turn right onto FS road 4130.
5.9 - Turn right onto FS road 4613.
6.1 - Turn right onto FS road 46.
6.3 - Turn left onto FS road 200. Be sure to follow the signs to follow FS road 200 as it takes several tricky turns along it's course.
9.1 - Turn left at FS road 4615.
9.8 - At the junction with FS road 4610 go right.
11.3 - Turn right and head up Hwy 46 for a short diastance.
11.5 - Turn left onto FS road 910 and head through the gate.
11.7 - Turn right at the first junction and head through the cinder pit.
11.9 - At the north end of the cinder pit look for the sign and descend downhill.
12.6 - Pass through the gate and turn left onto FS road 41 to return to the trailhead.

Drive or ride 7 miles west of Bend on Hwy 46 (Cascade Lakes Hwy) until you reach FS road 41, which is the first paved road on your left after passing the Inn of the 7th Mountain. Park in the small parking area at the junction of FS 41 and Hwy 46.
